1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of RONIN Groundworks Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

RONIN Groundworks provides professional groundworks services including but not limited to: excavation, foundations, drainage, concrete works, site clearance, and utility installations. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of project feasibility.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes. Additional work not included in the original quotation will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of work. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Health and Safety

We maintain comprehensive health and safety procedures on all projects. Clients must ensure safe access to work areas and inform us of any known hazards. Site-specific safety requirements will be discussed before work commences.

6. Insurance and Liability

RONIN Groundworks maintains £10M Public Liability insurance. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing conditions or issues arising from client-supplied materials or specifications.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work. Cancellations with less notice may incur charges for mobilisation costs and lost time.

8. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion, subject to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, extreme weather, or improper use.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation before proceeding to legal action.
